Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented Strategic Media Partnerships Manager with B2B and B2C experience, exceptional relationship management skills, and a strategic mindset. You will play a critical role in managing our existing marketing partners, fostering strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our business through strategic collaborations. You will also be responsible for optimizing the efficiency of existing partnerships, maximizing revenue potential, and managing the associated budget.In this role you'llManage and nurture relationships with our existing marketing partners, acting as the main point of contact and fostering strong, long-lasting partnershipsIdentify opportunities to expand and grow our business with current partners, working closely with them to develop joint marketing campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and other collaborative activitiesRecruit and onboard new affiliates to the Lemonade Partner Program; build strong relationships with existing affiliates to support their growthConduct regular business reviews with partners, analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize the effectiveness of our partnershipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership activities with overall business goals and objectivesTrack and report on partnership performance to senior management, summarizing revenue generated, customer acquisition metrics, and ROIManage the budget allocated for partnership activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROIStay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the partnerships space, identifying new potential partners and emerging opportunitiesWhat you'll need:5+ years of experience in partnerships/affiliates management or a related field, preferably in the personal finance sector Proven track record of successfully managing B2B and B2C partnerships that drive business growth and optimize operational efficiencyProven digital media experience, demonstrating expertise in leveraging digital media platforms to enhance partnership strategies, and drive measurable resultsStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partnersStrategic mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to identify partnership opportunities, evaluate their potential, and develop actionable plansExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously and deliver results within budget and timelinesFinancial mindset, with experience in managing partnership budgets and analyzing financial metrics to drive decision-makingCollaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a weekAt Lemonade we welcome candidates who are enthusiastic about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI, as a commitment to ongoing growth in this field is a fundamental part of our culture*Please note that we are unable to sponsor applicants for work visasLemonade's US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $130,000 plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
