Your challenge • 7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or go-to-market roles — preferably in SaaS, geospatial, infrastructure, or energy sectors. • Proven track record of building new business areas or partnerships from scratch and achieving multi-million-dollar revenue growth. • Demonstrated success in developing partner ecosystems, managing complex deals, and structuring scalable GTM frameworks. • Strong entrepreneurial drive, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity — you create structure rather than wait for it. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills — capable of crafting business cases and partner pitches that inspire action. • Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach. • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally. • Willingness to travel up to 20% across the Americas. • Experience working with or selling to utilities, energy, or rail companies • Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or data-driven B2B environments • Spanish and/or Portuguese proficiency is a plus. • Experience negotiating with large system integrators or management consultancies is a plus.
