Strategic Marketing Lead (Beauty Industry)
Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Marketing Lead to help scale and refine the marketing efforts for an established beauty perfume product (live for 1+ year). This role is ideal for someone who can own strategy while also driving execution across key growth channels. What You’ll Do: - Lead and execute overall marketing strategy to drive growth and brand awareness - Refine positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans - Manage and optimize key channels: paid media, social, influencers/creators, email/SMS, and content - Analyze performance and translate insights into action - Collaborate closely with internal team - Build scalable processes and KPIs as we grow What We’re Looking For: - 8+ years of marketing experience (beauty or consumer products strongly preferred) - Proven experience growing an existing product (post-launch) - Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills - Deep understanding of beauty audiences, trends, and digital channels - Data-driven, organized, and proactive - DTC beauty or beauty tech experience - Influencer/creator marketing expertise To Apply: Please share relevant experience, examples of brands or products you’ve helped grow, and your availability.Apply Now
