We are looking for a Strategic Insights & Analytics Manager who is motivated and excited by the idea of making a difference in the knowledge market. This role is instrumental in building out NewtonX’s professional services capabilities - you will help shape the future of this offering. The Strategic Insights & Analytics Manager works with world-class companies and clients, including multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as top tech, private equity, and management consulting companies, to understand their needs and deliver high-impact research projects to help them uncover insights to answer their toughest business questions. In this role you will:Disrupt expert research the way Uber disrupted the taxi industry, the way AirBnB... - you know what we meanUnderstand client end-goals and research objectives, develop research plans, and develop interview guides and/or surveys that address client needs to make better business decisionsAnalyze survey results, prepare and present visually-strong reports that synthesize insights into actionable recommendations (conducting qualitative interviews / moderation is nice to have)Manage and oversee associates working on client engagements.Aid in driving revenue generation from new and existing partnersPrioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts covering all imaginable sectors of expertise, geographies, etc.Who you are: 4 - 8 years of professional work experience.You are a market research expert, research professional at a leading market research companyStrong understanding of technical research methodologies (Conjoints, MaxDiff, etc.)Rockstar project manager who has the ability to juggle multiple projects at onceProficiency in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support marketing, product development, and strategic planning effortExcellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.A strategic thinker with a passion for understanding market dynamics and consumer behaviorHave a bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study.If the profile above describes you and your passions, we'd love to hear from you!
