Strategic Growth Advisor

The Strategic Growth Advisor within the Financial Institution Sales Group is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and executing growth opportunities that drive revenue, market share, and strategic partnerships for the organization. This role demands a sophisticated understanding of the financial services landscape, business development acumen, and a consultative approach to client engagement. The Strategic Growth Advisor acts as an architect of business expansion, providing expert guidance to both internal stakeholders and an array of clients—ranging from regional banks and credit unions to global financial institutions.

Job Functions
Identify, develop and implement growth strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, sector trends, and the evolving needs of financial institution clients
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities, disruptive technologies, regulatory changes, and competitive threats within the financial services ecosystem
Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers at partner organizations. Serve as a strategic advisor to understand their business objectives and craft tailored solutions
Collaborate with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that leverage analytic insights, product strengths, and unique value propositions
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor growth initiatives, measure results, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies as necessary

Basic Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelors in related field and 5 years of related experience or HS/GED and 9 years

Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of capital markets, banking products, regulatory environments, and the challenges facing financial institutions.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
A track record of building and sustaining executive-level relationships.
Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries and drive cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
Visionary thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
High proficiency in data analytics, financial modeling, and market research tools.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to shifting industry dynamics.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfort with public speaking and media engagement.
Proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline management, and sales enablement platforms.
Understanding of digital transformation initiatives, fintech trends, and emerging technologies in banking and finance.
