Strategic Finance Manager

Metro Vein Centers is a rapidly growing healthcare practice specializing in state-of-the-art vein treatments. As the Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a key role in financial forecasting and modeling, collaborating with various teams to enhance clinic-level profitability and ensure seamless financial reporting. Responsibilities Take ownership of the newly developed internal corporate financial forecast model. You will update clinic-level and corporate forecasts monthly, performing deep-dive comparisons of actuals vs. budget to identify trends and variances Act as the lead for our clinical footprint. You will collaborate across teams to maintain financials, enhance profitability models, and provide actionable performance analysis for each location Assist the CFO and Controller with the monthly close process. You will ensure the transition from "closing the books" to "analyzing the data" is seamless, helping to produce high-level monthly financial packages Maintain and refresh the A/R model monthly. You will partner with the CFO and the Revenue Cycle Management team to support revenue calculations and ensure our cash flow is accurate Partner with the Chief of Staff on the operational side of the business. This includes managing monthly inventory financials and coordinating with vendors to optimize spend and supply chain efficiency As our forecasting function is in its early stages, you will have the autonomy to build, refine, and automate processes to improve financial visibility across the organization Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field 1–4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Accounting, FP&A, or a hybrid Accounting/Finance role Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - you should be comfortable building and auditing complex financial models Ability to not just report the 'what,' but explain the 'why' behind the numbers Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial data to executive leadership Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Company Holidays Company-Paid Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career Growth & Development Opportunities Company Overview Metro Vein Centers offers varicose vein treatment that includes vascular surgery, radiofrequency ablation and laser treatment services.
