Job Overview

We are building a global network of senior industry experts and are seeking experienced professionals with deep backgrounds in the defense sector to join as Strategic Business Development Consultants. This is a flexible, advisory role where you will leverage extensive expertise in program management or engineering to provide high-level insights into defense industry trends, operational lifecycles, and technology advancements. As a trusted advisor, you will support strategic discussions and share actionable perspectives with global partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Provide expert insights on current and emerging trends within the defense industry, including program development, operational challenges, and evolving technologies.
• Offer strategic guidance to help clients navigate complex technical and operational landscapes, identify growth opportunities, and support long-term business planning.
• Share professional perspectives on large-scale program management, engineering best practices, and industry standards.
• Participate in periodic expert discussions and working sessions to exchange industry knowledge and contribute to strategic advisory initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of market developments and regulatory shifts relevant to defense programs and engineering practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience in the defense industry or related sectors.
• Solid background in program management, engineering, technical consulting, or strategic business development.
• Strong familiarity with industry trends, operational lifecycles, and technology advancements.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to contribute to high-level discussions and provide actionable insights.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a flexible advisory capacity.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
