DRN maintains the largest database of scans and the numbers continue to grow daily.Job DescriptionStrategic Account Managers (SAMs) serve as the liaisons between the organization and its new, strategically important and large clients in relation to our emerging Retail Marketing and New Markets vertical. They manage key account portfolios while establishing strong, long-term client relationships. Regularly communicating with key clients, they respond to and resolve specific queries as needed.This Strategic Account Manager primary focus will be on emerging Retail Marketing customers in addition to a range of company products and services to assigned clients. The Retail Marketing SAMs will tailor custom marketing profile exports, suggest solutions, and innovative ideas that quickly and effectively meet client and project specifications. In addition to building relationships with clients, they have to be able to understand the needs and goals of specific marketing campaigns, and use that to introduce the company's products and services.Provide excellent customer service to clients by assisting with all of their requests and needsMain POC for clients regarding services. Filtering Excel spreadsheets to match client requestsMonitoring camera systems to ensure systems are online and scanning properlyProactively reach out to clients if system issues ariseBuild ROI reports for marketing campaignsIdentify new opportunities to expand LPR coverage at other client locationsCommunicating with sales team on contract expiration dates to ensure contracts do not lapseMeet with clients to identify issues, and communicate solutions Organize and schedule onsite and web-based trainings of platformBuild strong relationships with C-suite executives, SVP's, VP's and ManagersPreferred Qualifications:2+ years experience in one of the following: Sales Support, Customer Service or CollectionsLegal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position. Must meet MSI employment requirements. This position may require up to 25% travel. In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies. Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills. Great problem-solving and analytical abilities. Team player. Understanding of sales performance metricsStrong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitudeThis position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in the US.Basic Requirements2+ years experience in one of the following: Sales Support, Customer Service or Collections.
