Strategic Account Manager & Growth Marketer | Agency Leader

We’re hiring: Growth/Performance Agency - Client Lead Remote | Part-Time or Full-Time | Growth Marketing & Agency Leadership Future Digital is a high-context growth marketing agency scaling health, wellness, and family brands through paid media + lifecycle programs. We act as a fractional growth partner for high-growth startups—offering strategic guidance, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of the categories we serve. We’re looking for an agency leader with the experience, curiosity, and operational drive to lead client relationships, drive performance, manage teams, and help build the systems that scale an agency. This is an ideal role for someone with hands-on paid media expertise who’s now ready to step into broader agency and client leadership. You’ll work directly with the founder and senior team, shaping how we serve our clients, grow our capabilities, and evolve as a company. What You'll Do • Own and lead client strategy across paid media and lifecycle marketing • Build and manage strong, trusted client relationships • Gain deep understanding of each client's business, goals, and customer journey • Translate brand goals into paid growth strategy and tactical plans • Manage and mentor a team of channel specialists (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube), with flexibility to be hands-on when needed • Partner with founders and marketing leads to hit acquisition and retention goals • Optimize internal operations for performance, delivery, and profitability • Build and refine agency processes—from onboarding to reporting to creative workflows • Contribute to hiring and team structure decisions as we scale • Lead the integration of AI tools into strategy, creative, and internal systems • Collaborate across teams to drive CAC, ROAS, and LTV outcomes • Communicate performance insights and growth recommendations clearly and proactively • Oversee deliverables and timelines across client accounts Must-Have Experience • 6–10+ years in performance marketing with proven results across Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube • Managed $50K–$500K+ monthly paid budgets • Strong analytical chops—you can turn data into story and strategy • Experience leading media teams toward performance goals • Background in consumer health, wellness, parenting, or CPG • Strong project management instincts—you can keep moving pieces aligned and on time • Startup-ready—comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy when needed, and always proactive Bonus Points If You… • Have worked in a fractional or embedded team model • Are exploring how AI can reshape creative, insights, and media execution • Want to co-build a nimble, high-performing agency with long-term vision Why Join Future Digital? • Get hands-on with some of the most mission-driven startups in health and family • Work closely with senior strategists and the founder on real business-building growth work • Step into a strategic leadership role inside a values-led, AI-powered agency • Help define what modern, sustainable performance marketing looks like in a fast-changing world Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
