Our Store Sales Specialist are passionate about creating a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and ability to prioritize. Responsibilities of Store Sales Specialist:
? Offer a warm welcome to all individuals and actively seek out customers to provide assistance and improve their shopping experience
? Showcase genuine customer engagement through the display of enthusiasm, understanding, unwavering commitment, and passion for their sport or pastime
? Support company campaigns such as warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions effectively
? Establish a sense of inclusivity within the store that promotes respect and safety for everyone, ensuring that both associates and customers feel valued and welcomed in the space
? To back up the team and maintain the store, additional tasks might need to be addressed as business needs evolve
Qualification of Store Sales Specialist:
? Ideal candidates will have previous exposure to retail sales, cashier responsibilities, or customer service-oriented jobs.
? Having the aptitude to periodically stand, bend, squat, reach, apply pressure, pull, and raise items weighing from 15 to 35 lbs periodically (up to 5 instances per hour).
? Can perform tasks requiring standing or walking for up to 4 hours consecutively.
? Ability to engage in repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
