Store Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Leader to join our team at Starbucks. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that we consistently deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of store employees to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with store managers and other leaders to develop and implement business plans
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to store employees to help them grow and succeed
Requirements:
• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership or management role in retail or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
