Duties and Responsibilities of STORE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT:

Ā It is vital for management to receive feedback on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues. This feedback enables them to understand customer needs and preferences, address performance issues, and make data-driven decisions to improve the overall business operations
Ā Carry out periodic stocktaking, and monitor inventory for exactness per protocol
Ā Carefully following set cash policies and procedures can help prevent financial setbacks

Physical Demands of STORE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT:
Ā Skillfulness in transferring stock from store receiving area to shelves; adeptness in placing products that can weigh up to 45 pounds on shelves that may be located at different heights
Ā The store expects its workers to remain active by frequently sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking around
