Store Interior Design Manager

At IKEA, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Store Interior Design Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, an understanding of store operations, and the ability to bring our customers’ visions to life. As the Store Interior Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by overseeing the design and installation of interior displays. You’ll work closely with the store’s merchandising team to ensure our products are showcased in the best light. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have strong leadership and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should have a degree in interior design or a related field, at least three years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in using design software. Responsibilities:

Oversee the design and installation of interior displays to create a positive customer experience.
Work closely with the store’s merchandising team to ensure products are showcased in the best light.
Hire, train, and manage a team of design professionals.
Develop creative and innovative ideas for store design based on customer needs.
Work with store managers to ensure design objectives are met within budget.
Monitor and adjust design plans as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.
Ensure all safety and legal regulations are met in interior displays.
Stay up-to-date on trends in design and display technologies.
Maintain records of all designs and installations.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
