Role and Responsibilities
ā¢ Stock shelves with merchandise and maintain organized displays to create an inviting shopping experience.
ā¢ Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and making purchases.
ā¢ Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns accurately and efficiently.
ā¢ Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing stock areas.
ā¢ Support inventory control by ensuring products are properly stocked, rotated, and recorded.
Required Skills and Experience
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent.
ā¢ Ability to lift and move heavy boxes.
ā¢ Strong work ethic and commitment to quality customer service.
ā¢ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required.
