Startup Operations Consultant to Build Full Business Playbook & Operating System
I am building an infrastructure services platform and I need an experienced operations consultant or documentation specialist to help organize and compile all company planning materials into a complete business playbook and operating system.
I already have extensive notes describing the company structure, divisions, strategy, and operations. I also have a defined company documentation framework that the final deliverables should follow.
The goal of this project is to transform existing materials into a fully organized company command center, including strategy documents, operational procedures, and internal manuals.
This platform operates in the infrastructure and energy sector, supporting power systems, automation, electrical testing, cooling infrastructure, and battery energy storage systems across industries including oil & gas, data centers, utilities, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing.
The company is also part of a broader partnership platform, which focuses on water infrastructure.
