Startup-Focused Lawyer Needed to Draft Client Services Contract + NDA (People & Talent Consulting)
I’m the founder of a people, talent, and recruiting advisory business supporting early-stage and growth startups. I’m looking for an experienced business attorney to draft legally sound, founder-protective agreements that I can reuse as my business scales. This work will include both client-facing contracts and internal NDAs for contractors and employees. My top priority is ensuring the agreements clearly protect my interests while remaining practical and reasonable.
