Real Chemistry is a global agency focused on transforming healthcare through innovative marketing and communications. They are seeking an Account Coordinator to support their consumer and wellness team, specifically working with HCP and Patient influencers on pharmaceutical client accounts. Responsibilities Work closely with influencer team to provide support in project management of campaigns such as: Facilitate campaign outreach Draft and update contracts for all approved influencers Manage influencer feedback and approval process at various stages of content development Organize all submitted content for team and brand reviews Supervise and ensure all campaign content is being captured as needed Supervise influencers and their branded content for quality control once live Supervise and track campaign performance in real-time Provide administrative support such as submitting invoices, inputting creative briefs, shipping product, crafting meeting agendas and providing recaps Skills 0-2 years of experience interacting with brands, agencies (public relations & advertising), influencers, celebrities, agents, managers & publicists Experience working at a talent agency or directly supporting a talent agent is strongly preferred Excellent organization and communication skills, phenomenal attention to detail Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment An innate passion and curiosity for pop-culture/entertainment A passion for the pharmaceutical space, including but not limited to women's health, aesthetics, oncology, and more Works closely with account team to understand importance of tasks and is able to easily shift priorities and communicate optimally to team Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data Highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines Benefits Free snacks to keep you running all day long Generous holiday and paid time off Options for private medical, dental, and vision plans Support in saving for the future Mental wellness coaching and support Access to more than 13,000 online classes with LinkedIn Learning Company Overview Real Chemistry is a health innovation company dedicated to making the world a healthier place for everyone It was founded in 2001, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
