What you'll do
• Conduct comprehensive assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional assessments) and translate findings into actionable, individualized treatment plans
• Design and update behavior intervention plans grounded in evidence-based ABA principles — with full clinical autonomy
• Provide remote supervision to a manageable team of RBTs, focusing on quality over quantity
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful, generalized client outcomes
• Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and billing records through our streamlined documentation system
• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer collaboration (no solo silos here)
Required qualifications
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB — non-negotiable
• Maryland LBA license — active, or actively in progress at time of application
• Required for licensing and telehealth service delivery compliance
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA services across the autism spectrum
Candidates must hold or be actively pursuing a Maryland LBA license.
