What you’ll be doing: • Provide operational and administrative assistance to ensure successful delivery of online, hybrid and in-person talent programs, processes, and events • Work collaboratively with team and stakeholders to implement end to end program coordination and logistics including scheduling, communications, participant enrollment process, reservations, materials preparation, website content, procurement, and other logistics • Serve as the first line of contact for inquiries by email and text platforms and facilitate timely response • Measure, track, analyze, report, and distribute the results of various program evaluations using Microsoft Suite tools • Handle all vendor set-up, relationship management, invoicing, and administration, vendors and track all expenditures to budget • Functions as second level LMS support and engages users to identify critical system problems and research resolutions • Facilitate live and virtual trainings to internal facing employees in various time zones and foster a safe learning environment where all participants feel seen, heard, engaged, and empowered What you bring to the table: • Strong analytical skills • Strong PC skills with fluency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Extreme organization and attention to detail • Familiar with talent processes • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to work independently • Aptitude to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data Qualifications What’s needed- Basic Qualifications • High School Diploma • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications • 2+ years of related administration and coordination experience • Bachelor’s degree We Offer: • Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups • Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays) • Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more Expected salary: Location: Framingham, MA Apply for the job now!
