Staff Technical Support Engineer

Provide technical support to customers in a timely and effective manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Stryker products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for product issues.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
Conduct product training and education for customers and internal teams.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant support.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates and gather feedback.
Prioritize and manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
Identify and escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams.
Participate in product testing and provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide technical support for product demonstrations and presentations.
Represent Stryker in a professional and customer-centric manner at all times.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional support.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
Pursue continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
