You'll be building modern web and mobile experiences using Flutter and C# to enhance care for thousands of providers nationwide. Specializing in client-side development, you'll collaborate closely with our Platforms Team to deliver seamless provider experiences. Our engineers thrive in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with Design, Product, and Quality teams through all phases of development, operating within a two-week Scrum sprint cycle.As a Staff Software Engineer, you willProvide technical guidance, planning, and mentorship to developers on best practices, code reviews, and overall software architecture.Design scalable and maintainable software architecture for web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and usability.Offer thought leadership in Flutter, design patterns, and front-end best practices, advocating for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance code.Collaborate with quality engineers to create and deliver test plans, including automated user testing and integration specifications, to meet quality objectives.Utilize your expertise to guide other engineers on the team in writing exceptional code through thorough technical design and planning.RequirementsYou have 6+ years of professional experience working in a front-end technology as part of an Agile team.
