Your technical expertise will be instrumental in guiding the direction of our engineering efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.Reporting to the CTO/Cofounder, you will work closely with our engineering and product team of 13, playing a key role in the architectural design, development, and optimization of our products.We are looking to hire candidates based in NYC (Union Square) in order to work in person from our office three days a week.ResponsibilitiesOwn the execution and delivery of product priorities in collaboration with the product management teamAlign technical solutions with business needs and product visionLead the technical architecture and design of our software, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and securityMentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvementDrive technical discussions and decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and technology strategyStay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new technologies where appropriateLead by example in writing high-quality, maintainable, and robust codeSkills & Experience8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in SaaS, fintech or related fieldsDeep expertise in modern software development practices and a broad range of technologies and frameworksDemonstrated problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challengesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire engineering teamsExperience in architectural design and decision-making for scalable, high-performance systemsA note to applicantsThank you for your interest in joining our team.We believe that all people are capable of great things.
