Staff Product Marketing Manager

Part of the U.S. Marketing team for GBSG, the Mid-Market Marketing Team is seeking a highly motivated product marketing professional who is excited to make an impact through one of Intuit’s 5 Big Bets: Disrupt the Mid-Market.
The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker with experience translating market, product, and customer insights into compelling product and marketing go-to-market execution.
The role will focus on refining and executing strategies to meet the needs of our emerging mid-market customers. You will partner across product marketing, product management, and sales to develop and lead end-to-end omnichannel journeys. You’ll be challenged to move fast, navigate ambiguity, and solidify new ways of working in service of this goal.
Responsibilities
• Analytically-minded, with the ability to develop clear hypotheses and collaborate cross-functionally with other product management, product marketing teams, channel marketing, sales, finance, analytics, and product to test and iterate our way into how we solution-sell our platform across all channels, providing the customer insights and positioning to drive demand.
• Leverage consumer (qual and quant), competitive, and industry insights to uncover opportunities that can help further differentiate our suite of product offerings.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $158,000-213,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years professional experience in strategy consulting, strategy & operations, or consumer packaged goods highly preferred, 7 to 10 years overall professional experience.
• Bachelors degree or Masters preferred
• Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
• Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results.
• Track record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgment.
