Staff Product Manager – FP&A
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain product roadmap for planning and analysis solutions.- Partner with FP&A teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.- Manage backlog and prioritize features to maximize business value.- Champion agile and scrum practices across technical and business teams.- Track KPIs and drive continuous optimization of planning processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.- Deep understanding of FP&A processes and planning systems.- Experience with financial systems and working closely with FP&A teams.- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS or similar tools.- Strong leadership and product management skills in agile settings.- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex initiatives.- Experience in enterprise-scale planning transformations.- Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred.
