Staff Product Manager – AI

Job Description: • We’re shaping the future of mental health care with AI-enabled experiences that enhance, not replace, the human connection at the core of therapy. • Our north star is clinically-grounded and responsible AI designed to bring greater transparency, personalization, and continuous support across the therapy journey. • We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to launch AI-powered features that transform the patient experience. • This role will explore how AI can support patients before, during, and after care – always in partnership with their human therapist. • Day-to-day, you’ll partner with clinicians, designers, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and test AI solutions with patients, always ensuring clinical standards are met. • Your work will explore how cutting-edge technology enhances human care, with the goal of making it easier for patients to engage meaningfully with their therapy journey.
