We’re looking for a Staff iOS Engineer with a passion for building complex but dependable apps so slick, beautiful, and user-friendly that it pains our users to put their phones down. As a Staff iOS Engineer on our Mobile team, you’ll get a chance to steer the technical direction of our app, provide guidance on the intricacies of the iOS and Android platform, help grow our team, and build features that leave our users in awe.

Develop and maintain the Achievers native application
Collaborate, engage in design/architecture discussions, and share your ideas
Continuously integrate clean, scalable, robust, testable code
Hands-on with our codebase and deeply involved in code reviews
Participate in technical design discussions, and architecture planning
Shape, build, and evolve our growing API responsible for powering our platform, iOS, and Android apps
Push the boundaries of what’s possible by tackling challenges in architecture, scalability, security, and performance
Collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights and AI-powered features that enhance user experience and decision-making
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
Continuously research and experiment with new tools, frameworks, and technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
Contribute to agile development cycles, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives What we're looking for:
B.Sc. or Masters in Computer Science or related field
7 years+ professional experience building iOS apps
You’re proficient in Objective-C and Swift.
Have experience in SwiftUI
Ability to read, create, and verify and form opinions on Design/API documents
Strong understanding of how to work with REST and GraphQL APIs
Be able to work with cross platform technologies like (Flutter, RN, KMP Kotlin Multiplatform)
Believe in using the right tool for the job whether that’s installing or writing a library from scratch
A great design eye, paying close attention to the smallest of UI and UX details
Strong in architectural patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, VIPER, etc.), object modeling, and OOP concepts
Strong in networking & concurrency
Comfortable in a UNIX / Linux environment
