Summary
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience across modern frontend and backend technologies to design, build, and scale robust, user-centric applications. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to ideate solutions, define architecture, and deliver high-quality software across web and mobile platforms.
This position is ideal for a senior-level engineer or technical lead who enjoys owning end-to-end solutionsâfrom system design and APIs to responsive UI and deploymentâwhile contributing to technical decisions, mentoring others, and ensuring best practices around performance, security, and scalability.
Education
Bachelorâs Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience
â˘8â12 years of professional experience in software development.
â˘Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Senior Software Engineer.
â˘Strong background working with modern frontend frameworks and backend services.
â˘Experience contributing to or leading technical design decisions.
Key Responsibilities
â˘Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate and design software solutions.
â˘Design and implement client-side and server-side architectures.
â˘Build visually appealing, responsive, and high-performance frontend applications.
â˘Develop and maintain robust APIs and backend services.
â˘Ensure applications are responsive, efficient, and scalable through testing and optimization.
â˘Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software solutions.
â˘Implement security and data protection best practices.
â˘Build features with mobile-responsive design in mind.
â˘Produce clear and concise technical documentation.
â˘Partner with data scientists and analysts to enhance application capabilities and insights.
Required Skills
Backend Development
â˘5+ years of experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and Golang.
â˘Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
â˘Familiarity with backend performance tuning and scalability considerations.
Frontend Development
â˘5+ years of experience with React.js.
â˘Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
â˘Experience building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
â˘Familiarity with UI/UX principles and collaboration with design teams.
Containers & Platforms
â˘2+ years of experience working with Kubernetes.
â˘Experience developing applications that run in containerized environments.
Data & Systems
â˘Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
â˘Understanding of data flows, persistence, and integration patterns.
Nice to Have
â˘Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
â˘Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
â˘Working knowledge of networking concepts.
â˘Experience supporting or contributing to distributed systems.
Soft Skills
