About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Full Stack Engineer on contract to design and scale multi-platform applications across web, mobile, backend services, and integrations. This is a senior, hands-on role with strong architectural ownership and DevOps exposure, suited for a remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain end-to-end multi-platform applications Own system architecture, technology choices, and scalability Develop backend services, APIs, and frontend layers Enforce engineering best practices and code quality Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership Implement CI/CD pipelines and production-ready deployments Basic Qualifications 10–15 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack development, delivering scalable, high‑performance web applications across diverse domains. Frontend expertise with React / Angular / Vue Exposure to mobile or cross-platform frameworks (React Native / Flutter is a plus) SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) DevOps knowledge: Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP Ready to work on contract Preferred Qualifications Strong engineering background from a reputed institution or equivalent practical experience Experience as a Staff/ Tech Lead / Architect Exposure to SaaS, automation, or AI integrations Why Gruve At Gruve, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
