Design and develop innovative technology solutions for our customers and internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise for solution development.
Create and maintain technical documentation for all solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our solutions.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas for improvement and optimization.
Lead and participate in the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Communicate solution updates and progress to stakeholders, including management, team members, and customers.
Train and mentor team members on the use and maintenance of solutions.
Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Monitor and maintain the performance of solutions, making necessary adjustments and updates as needed.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and coding standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to solutions.
Continuously evaluate and suggest new tools and technologies to improve our solutions.
Collaborate with other engineers and departments to promote a cohesive and efficient work environment.
