Staff Android Engineer (Women's Health)

We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Oura employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations.

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Android Engineer to join our Women's Health team. You will be instrumental in creating features that enable women and individuals with uteri to gain deeper insights into their reproductive health and its connection to their overall well-being. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that is at the forefront of wearable technology, innovating and defining the future of women's health.

What You’ll Do:
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code for the Oura Android app.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to drive projects forward.
• Work cross-functionally with backend, firmware, data science, research, science, and QA teams.
• Partner with Android engineers across the US and EU to improve the Android codebase.
• Lead architecture and design discussions, technical and code reviews, and platform enhancements.
• Mentor and guide Android engineers across various teams and squads.
