We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable accounting professional for a part-time role in a remote setting.
This position involves handling various accounting tasks independently, with a focus on accuracy across multiple functions.
Proficiency in general accounting software and experience working remotely are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain and track fixed assets and related schedules
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
Qualifications
Strong working knowledge of general accounting software
Experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
Understanding of fixed asset accounting and inventory controls
Proficiency in spreadsheet and office applications
3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
