About Our Client

My client is a high growth luxury skincare brand with offices globally. This company has experienced significant growth in the last five years and is looking for a fully remote staff accountant to join their team.

Job Description
As the Staff Accountant-Fully Remote you will lead and participate in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
You will manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
Contribute to financial analysis and reporting, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Prepare documentation and support internal and external audit processes.
Ensure adherence to accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.

The Successful Applicant
As the Staff Accountant-Fully remote you will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Proven experience in month-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Understanding of AP and AR processes.
Work and reconcile within the GL.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
This role is fully remote and they are happy to look at candidates residing in any part of the United State.
