Staff Accountant

They are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage daily cash operations, credit management, and collections, playing a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the treasury function. Responsibilities Daily Cash Management Prepare and reconcile daily cash sheets Enter ACH and wire transactions into Bank of America (BOA) Process deposits via scanner and ensure timely posting Monitor and manage customer credit limits Place and release credit holds as needed Execute second collection efforts for overdue accounts Process credit card transactions securely and accurately Post invoices for LS and ILT accounts Add freight or other adjustments as required Run and distribute invoices to customers Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records Book recurring journal entries Reconcile balance sheet accounts as assigned Liaison for the company and the Bank Projects as assigned Skills Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Experience in accounts receivable, treasury, or related finance roles Familiarity with banking platforms (e.g., BOA) and financial systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in Excel and accounting software Benefits 401(k) 401(k) 5% Match Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program Travel reimbursement Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Company Overview Labsphere, Inc. is headquartered in North Sutton, New Hampshire, with a satellite facility in China and a global network of distribution partners.
