Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Kubernetes management and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
Proven experience with disaster recovery (DR) setup, high availability (HA) configuration, and load balancing strategies.
At least 3+ years of experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
Solid experience with distributed systems like Cassandra, RabbitMQ, Redis, or other in-memory databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS (including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Skills:
Experience with additional cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Exposure to other message brokers or queuing systems is advantageous.
Basic Salary:
The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
