You’ll collaborate with development, marketing, and design teams to deliver visually engaging, high-performing, and user-centric solutions. Lead the charge in creating accessible, high-performing interfaces, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued—no matter their device or ability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life, transforming concepts into seamless, brand-consistent user journeys. Drive innovation by staying ahead of UI/UX trends and proactively recommending improvements to our tech stack and processes. Champion site performance and scalability, optimizing every detail for speed, reliability, and search visibility. Play a pivotal role in Agile development, contributing your expertise to deliver impactful releases that elevate the HOKA brand and delight our customers. Your work will empower millions to connect with HOKA, making every online interaction memorable and meaningful. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in front-end development, ideally in e-commerce or consumer-facing environments Proven ability to hand-code HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with clean, maintainable, and standards-compliant practices Experience with modern frameworks/libraries and their integration into larger systems Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA), and cross-browser compatibility Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and using collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git) Excellent problem-solving skills and clear, effective communication Working knowledge of typography, layout, and graphic design principles for visually polished, brand-consistent UI Experience with FreeMarker, SalesForce Commerce Cloud, DemandWare, and CoreMedia is a plus What We'll Give You – Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.
