Sr. Technical WFM Consultant (Remote)

Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Sr. Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you would be a critical piece of our Mosaic team in supporting our clients with their UKG Pro WFM system. In this role, you would have a primary discipline of UKG Boomi Integration Development, while also supporting integration configuration in UKG Pro WFM.
What youâll do:
Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
Mentor Technical Consultants through their first projects, and delegate solutioning as needed
Build meaningful relationships with our clients and internal team members to provide technical knowledge of Boomi and UKG Pro WFM
Review technical requirements to assess estimates to be used in Statements of Work for our clients
Troubleshoot integrations to resolve client issues
Model Mosaicâs customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed
How youâll be measured:
Maintaining target utilization rate
Maintaining Boomi Professional Developer Certification
Maintaining UKG Pro WFM Integration certification
Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the projectâs requirements
Mentoring Technical Consultants and delegating functional solutions to others
Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, resulting in excellent CSAT scores, and strong customer retention.
Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business

Bachelorâs degree in computer science/related field or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience across the following disciplines: UKG Boomi Integration Development, Data Conversion, Database/SQL Development, Custom Application Development
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM
Hands-on experience with UKG Boomi Integration Development
Experience in business analysis, specification and requirement documentation, quality assurance, and testing
Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work
Nice to haves:
Advanced knowledge of SQL
UKG Pro or other Human Capital Management software experience
