We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our client in the medical device and healthcare technology sector. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring top talent for technical positions, including software engineering, mechanical engineering, AI, and development within R&D. This is a remote W2 contract aligned to Eastern Time Zone business hours, ideal for a recruiter who is an IT subject matter expert, thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates confidence in market insights and data-driven recommendations, and is highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter. Required • 3+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting experience. • Deep expertise in IT recruiting, serving as a subject matter expert across software engineering, mechanical engineering, and AI. • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, leveraging it as a primary sourcing tool to identify and engage top technical talent. • Exceptional attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting market data and talent insights to hiring managers to influence and improve strategic hiring decisions • High school diploma or equivalent About Talent Solutions Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
