Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Technical Product Manager at Workwarp, you will own key aspects of the strategy, definition, and execution of the apps, software, and services for our new device. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing a long-term strategy and roadmap for your domain, and prioritizing features and requirements to drive business growth
Presenting your strategy and decisions to senior leadership and cross-functional partners, and collaborating with them to drive alignment and buy-in
Working closely with our integrated product management and design team, as well as our hardware and software engineering teams, to turn user stories into detailed product requirements, mockups, and prototypes
Becoming a domain expert through daily use of prototypes, competitive and complementary products, and developing a deep product intuition that informs your decision-making
Collaborating on quantitative and qualitative user research programs to drive early product decisions and go-to-market strategy, and regularly talking with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Researching and understanding the capabilities and limitations of advanced sensing, display, and generative AI technologies, and their impact on the user experience
Collaborating with teams across the entire Workwarp organization to bring cross-functional features to life, and using design reviews and critique to drive continuous improvement towards a minimal, polished, and delightful user experience
Owning the instrumentation, metrics, and analytics for your product area, and collaborating with software engineering and quality teams to deliver consistently reliable releases

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and services
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product, and a deep understanding of the product development process
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition, and prioritizing features and requirements to drive business growth
Experience with end-to-end product delivery, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and buy-in
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product, and a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced technology products, such as spatial computing, XR, gaming, or LLMs/Gen AI, and a deep understanding of the technologies and trends that are shaping the future of the tech industry
A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration, and a proven ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world problems
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
