Role OverviewAs a Developer, you will:Work on RxCLAIM / Claim Adjudication enhancements, focusing on claim processing logic and system integrationsDevelop and enhance applications interacting with downstream healthcare systemsMaintain and improve existing systems while building new solutionsAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issuesDocument system flows and business logicKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance applications using SYNON / COOL 2E and related technologiesModify claim processing logic and support integration workflowsDeliver high-quality code with minimal supervisionMeet project deadlines and ensure system reliabilityPerform major enhancements to existing healthcare systemsQualifications:Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in:SYNON / COOL 2ECOBOL400CL/400, CLLEDB2/400Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and deliver resultsDomain ExpertiseHands-on experience with RxCLAIMExperience in Healthcare / PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management)Functional ExpertiseBenefit Plan: requiredCore Adjudication: requiredMedicare Part D: desiredRxClaim Pricing: desiredWhy Join Us?Work on impactful healthcare solutionsCollaborate with experienced professionalsOpportunity to grow in a specialized PBM domainApply Now / Refer Someone!
