Sr Software Dev Engineer Workforce Solutions Hiring Software Delivery | Amazon.com | United States DESCRIPTION The Workforce Solutions team is looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer to help drive our engineering revolution in the Talent Acquisition (TA) space. In this role, you will invent and build on behalf of recruiters, experiment and test new ideas and build sustainable solutions that help us scale with technology. You will experiment with and implement the best GenAI tools and build intelligent sourcing strategies to improve speed, cost and quality of hire at Amazon. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
