About the position
As a Senior Site Merchandiser on the Digital Marketing Strategy & Experience team, you will elevate Target's in-store experience to the digital space, driving engagement across Target.com and the Target app. Your role involves developing and executing strategies that optimize digital performance, improve conversion, and deliver seamless shopping experiences, particularly focusing on the Gifting initiative.
Responsibilities
ย Develop and implement site merchandising experience & traffic driving strategies that enhance guest engagement.

ย Translate internal and external insights into actionable plans to optimize the guest journey.

ย Plan connected, engaging site content in partnership with Category Site Merchandising and Marketing.

ย Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use insights to refine strategies and inform business decisions.

ย Establish strong partnerships across Digital, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.

ย Continuously identify opportunities for innovation in merchandising and technology.

Requirements
ย Four-year degree or equivalent experience.

ย 4+ years of e-commerce experience.

ย Business acumen with an entrepreneurial, revenue-generating mindset.

ย Strong technical acumen and creative sensibility.

ย Understanding of broader e-commerce trends and innovations.

ย Demonstrated experience in strategic and cross-functional influence, planning, and execution.
