Sr. Sales Engineer, Healthcare

Description:
• Provide technical leadership and direction to customers and internal teams during pre-sales activities.
• Analyze, design, and develop fully integrated technology solutions.
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Rubrik products, distributed architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings.
• Act as a technical expert and consultant to propose solutions that meet customer technology and business requirements.
• Deliver technical and sales presentations to customer technical staff and senior management.
• Serve as a trusted technology advisor to customers and an internal resource on technical issues and business applications.
• Build relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives.
• Lead technical sales calls and support customer demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Qualify sales opportunities based on technical requirements, competition, decision process, and funding.
• Drive pipeline generation and day-to-day account-level technical activities for strategic healthcare accounts.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of sales engineering experience, preferably in a software or data center environment.
• Strong technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
• Experience working with CxO-level stakeholders and translating technology solutions into business outcomes.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and demos per day in a fast-paced environment with immediate follow-up.
• Driven, highly energetic, hands-on, and resourceful with a strong work ethic and a "get it done" attitude.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Smart, adaptable, and open-minded.
• Broad technical understanding of Rubrik products, distributed architectures, file systems, and SAN/storage competitive landscape.
