JOB INFORMATION β€’ Job Title: Sr Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Specialist β€’ Job Code: 20001259 β€’ Job Family: Legal, Compliance, & Risk Management β€’ FLSA Status: Exempt β€’ Job Function: Regulatory Affairs and Compliance β€’ Job Level: Professional III JOB SUMMARY Maintains the organization's ongoing relationships with regulatory commissions/authorities related pipeline. Coordinates and conducts the assessment of internal controls to ensure compliance as required by regulatory commissions/authorities. Develops programs and processes to manage regulatory compliance and develops process improvements to avoid future compliance issues. Advances organization positions with internal and external parties. Conducts internal audits of regulatory compliance and provides training to internal stakeholders. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE β€’ 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) β€’ In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. β€’ Six (6) or more years Experience in related field (Required) β€’ No Licensure or Certification Required. JOB REQUIREMENTS β€’ Regulatory Compliance β€’ Regulatory Agencies β€’ Business Acumen β€’ Analysis β€’ Reporting β€’ Auditing β€’ Risk Management β€’ Communication β€’ Relationship Management β€’ Acts as a knowledgeable resource for Regulatory Compliance, specifically DOT 195, TRRC (comprehensive, safety, OQ, CRM, D&A, state of Arkansas, State of Louisiana, Oklahoma OCC regulations) β€’ Champions effective ROW management for assigned geographical area β€’ Conducts annual review of all compliance manuals, including O & M Manual, Safety Manual, Emergency Response -Manual, Facility Response Manual, and OQ Training documents ensuring Delek maintains compliance and proper documentation; β€’ including getting input from department heads and leaders for each manual β€’ Conducts onsite internal compliance audits in assigned area of responsibility, as well as help with audits in other areas as necessary β€’ While this job description aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the role, it may not detail every task or responsibility required.
