Sr. Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the execution of our custom mausoleum projects from proposal through installation. This is a part-time, remote position with a flexible schedule, ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-trust, high-responsibility environment and is comfortable working with discerning clients and their representatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate schedules between cemeteries, suppliers, designers, and installation teams Manage client communication with professionalism and discretion Ensure installations are properly timed and avoid conflicts with ongoing cemetery services Coordinate site logistics, including crane access, road access, and contractor alignment Support proposal development and coordination with designers and internal stakeholders Maintain detailed project tracking and reporting for each active project Identify risks early and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical issues Assist with broader organizational and administrative needs as required Preferred Qualifications PMP certification or equivalent project management credential Experience supporting proposal development or client-facing deliverables Background working on high-end or custom construction projects Reporting & Accountability Maintain detailed time tracking Provide clear, organized project reports by project Deliver concise monthly summaries outlining project status, upcoming milestones, and risks About Forever Legacy Forever Legacy is the premier provider of custom-built private mausoleums, serving clients throughout the entire United States.
