Sr Project Management Analyst
Job Summary:
• Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department.
Essential Functions
• Advanced Excel/Power BI, data analysis
• Drafting reports, presenting findings, cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking, process improvements, problem solving.
• Contract management, prioritization, financial reporting.

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in creating presentations for customers at all levels of an organization
• Proficiency with all MS Office applications
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Customer service oriented, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in reporting and business analytics using advanced MS Excel, PowerBI and / or other business analytics software
• Experience with managing contracts and contract lifecycle management processes
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Capable of handling multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Quality/process improvement experience
• Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
Domicile Information:
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $6,168.90/month - $10,898.39/month
