As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping the design vision for our new PushPress platform. The ideal candidate is a world-class designer who can combine strategic design vision while being hands-on with design work. What You'll Do: Own the end-to-end design process for key features across our product suiteCollaborate cross-functionally to align design with product strategy and technical feasibilityConduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design improvementsCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring new ideas to lifeEstablish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across our productsAdvocate for design thinking and user-centric strategies in product decisions What You'll Need: 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or consumer appsExpertise in end-to-end product design, from research and ideation to execution and iterationStrong UX and UI design skills with a keen eye for detail and aestheticsExperience building and maintaining comprehensive design systemsFamiliarity with AI-powered design patterns and techniques to enhance user experiencesMastery of modern design tools like Figma, Sketch, or the Adobe Creative SuiteAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
