Sr Product configurator(ISG)

Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an Sr Product configurator who could join our team in a permanent role. Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future. Responsibilities: • Administer user access and security for Vault eTMF and RIM, including role assignment, permission management, and periodic access reviews. • Provide day-to-day support for eTMF and RIM applications, including issue triaging, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of user-reported incidents. • Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements aligned with regulatory and operational needs. • Perform configuration changes, support deployments, and manage release activities across eTMF and RIM environments. • Lead and execute system testing activities, including unit testing, UAT coordination, and validation support for enhancements and fixes. • Support eTMF operational activities such as document lifecycle management, completeness checks, TMF health metrics, and audit readiness. • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to SOPs and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, QA, IT) to ensure seamless system operations and continuous improvement. • Maintain documentation including SOPs, work instructions, and system configuration records. • Provide end-user training and guidance to ensure effective utilization of eTMF and RIM systems. The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000 K -$ 110,000 K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
