Position: Sr. Power BI Developer (Databricks)- 100% Remote (only Spain residents) Sr. Power BI Developer (Databricks)- 100% Remote (only Spain residents) We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and deliver advanced data solutions and visualizations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business teams to transform requirements into actionable insights and ensure data quality and governance. Key Responsibilities • Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. • Connect and integrate data from SQL Server, Excel, Azure, APIs , and other sources. • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure data accuracy , performance optimization, and governance (including Row-Level Security ). • Support ETL processes and work with version control systems like Git/Azure Dev Ops . • Develop and maintain Databricks workflows for data processing and analytics. • Integrate Databricks with Power BI for advanced reporting and visualization. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience with Power BI . • Strong knowledge of DAX , Power Query , and data modeling. • Solid SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts. • Experience integrating data from multiple sources. • Hands‑on experience with Databricks and its connection to Power BI. • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric as an additional advantage. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS .
