Sr Performance Tester
Akkodis is seeking an Sr Performance Tester for a Contract with a client in Tampa, FL(Remote). This role requires strong expertise with tools like JMeter and LoadRunner while ensuring accurate analysis of test results and resolution of performance bottlenecks.
Rate Range: $43/hour to $44/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr Performance Tester job responsibilities include:
• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress test scripts using JMeter, BlazeMeter, and LoadRunner/StormRunner.
• Identify and define NonFunctional Requirements (NFRs) by analyzing application specifications and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Analyze performance test results, diagnose bottlenecks, and work closely with development and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Create comprehensive performance reports and dashboards that highlight system behavior, KPIs, and improvement recommendations.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Azure App Insights, and Mongo Atlas to track system performance and identify root causes.
• Support multiple projects by managing priorities effectively while ensuring performance SLAs and KPIs are clearly defined and met.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of handson experience in performance testing across complex enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner/StormRunner, and performance monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Azure App Insights, or Mongo Atlas.
• Proven ability to define NFRs, analyze performance test results, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Pay Details: $43.00 to $44.00 per hour
