Are you a highly experienced and motivated Paralegal looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Molina Healthcare is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our dynamic and growing legal team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of legal matters and make a significant impact on our organization. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong background in paralegal work, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare law. Conduct legal research and analysis on various healthcare law topics.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
Maintain and organize legal files and documents.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other external parties.
Manage the tracking and completion of legal deadlines.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement legal strategies.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to healthcare.
Conduct due diligence and assist with contract negotiations.
Provide support to attorneys during audits and investigations.
Prepare and maintain legal budgets and expense reports.
Train and mentor junior paralegals.
Keep sensitive information confidential.
Participate in the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with external parties.
